Fanbooth booking

You can share a regular fanbooth with up to two artists per registration. Booth artists must provide a name and a link to some sample photos/images. The shared fanbooth can not be changed after your booking has been confirmed.

Professional booths will likely be limited to 110 booths. However, we try to prevent a limitation for normal booths.

Shared booth

If you like, you can share your booth/table with one friend. Please note, that you at least have to buy a separate exhibitor ticket for your friend using the form below.

Applicants whose registrations were rejected during the application phase or subsequently are also excluded from participating in the form of a co-exhibitor.

Please enter at least one link to your gallery or photos of your products.
Note on shared space bookings

Please remember that you must book an admission ticket and a chair separately for your shared exhibitor from the selection below. Some booth packages already include two tickets and chairs. In these cases you do not need to order any additional tickets or chairs.

Your offer

This option is voluntary and can also be added after registration has been completed via 'My bookings > Adjust'. We'd like to offer DoKomi visitors the opportunity to search for stands with specific offers in the future, we would be pleased if you would take a little time to select the right terms for your stand. You can change these points even after your booking.

Each booth: 1 table (180 x 80cm), 1 Chair, 1 Ticket, NO backwalls


The "fashion area" can also be used for handmade craftings like plushies and accessoires.

Do not forget to select your free services if necessary, otherwise the entitlement expires upon receipt of your stand confirmation.

    If you share your booth with a friend, but only book one table, you have to buy an additional ticket.

    If you book two tables without sharing your booth, the second exhibitor is free, but only allowed to be used with one of your booth staff.
